Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using this website or purchasing any products from Peptopedia. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or purchase any products.

In these Terms, “Peptopedia,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Peptopedia LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Peptopedia. “You” refers to the person or entity accessing this website or placing an order.

Research Use Only

All products sold by Peptopedia through peptopedia.us are chemical compounds intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and pharmacological research and analytical purposes by qualified persons.

These products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary or animal use, food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any other application. No product sold by Peptopedia is a drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic, or medical device under federal law, and no product or statement has been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

All products are labeled:

“For Research Use Only. Not for Human or Animal Use.”

Any use of these products outside of lawful laboratory research is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable federal, state, and local law.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this website or purchase products from Peptopedia.

By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we have reason to believe the purchaser is under 21.

Buyer Representations and Warranties

By purchasing any product from Peptopedia, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are purchasing the product solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research purposes.
3. You are a qualified and properly trained research or laboratory professional, or you are purchasing on behalf of a qualified research entity.
4. You are aware of and knowledgeable about applicable government regulations concerning the use of and exposure to the products you are purchasing.
5. You understand the health and safety hazards associated with handling, storage, and disposal of the products you purchase.
6. You accept responsibility for providing adequate warnings regarding those hazards to any person who may come into contact with the products.
7. You will handle, store, transport, and dispose of all products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and standard laboratory practices.
8. You will not use, administer, distribute, or transfer any product for human consumption, self-administration, veterinary use, or any other unauthorized purpose.
9. You have taken all actions necessary for these Terms of Service to be legally binding upon you.

These representations are a condition of sale and are made again each time you place an order.

No Medical Advice and No Use Guidance

Nothing on this website—including product listings, educational content, articles, social media, email, or any communication from Peptopedia—constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Peptopedia does not provide, suggest, or confirm instructions, guidance, protocols, schedules, or recommendations regarding dosage, administration, or use of any product in humans or animals.

This applies to every channel operated by Peptopedia, including email, direct messages, and comments. Inquiries of that nature will not be answered and may be redirected to these Terms of Service.

Peptopedia may provide factual information concerning a compound’s identity, stated purity, lot number, mass, laboratory specifications, storage, and shipping. Such information is descriptive of the material only and does not constitute instructions for preparing, measuring, administering, or otherwise using any product.

If you have questions about a health condition or treatment, consult a qualified healthcare provider. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking care based on anything published by Peptopedia.

Product Information and Accuracy

Peptopedia makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that website content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies in product information, descriptions, or pricing at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with materially incorrect information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order. If an order is cancelled for this reason, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order.

Certificates of Analysis

Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”) are available upon request for applicable products and batches.

COAs are not published for public download and are not included with shipments. To request a COA, email hello@peptopedia.us with your order number and, when available, the lot number.

A COA reports the analytical results for the specific batch identified on the document. It does not establish sterility or the absence of bacterial endotoxins.

Peptopedia products are non-sterile research reagents. Customers may independently test purchased material through a laboratory of their choosing.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Peptopedia. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, concerns regarding the legitimacy of an order, or suspected violation of these Terms.

The minimum order is $35.00 before shipping and applicable taxes.

Liquid products are limited to 8 units per order.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, or billing or shipping address.

Resale, distribution, or transfer of products purchased from Peptopedia requires prior written authorization from Peptopedia. Volume pricing does not constitute authorization to resell.

By placing an order and selecting a payment method, you authorize Peptopedia to charge that payment method for the total order amount, including applicable shipping fees and taxes.

Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout or otherwise expressly offered by Peptopedia at the time of purchase.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and applicable tax requirements.

Order Changes and Cancellation

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, contact hello@peptopedia.us with your order number.

Peptopedia will make reasonable efforts to change or cancel an order before fulfillment.

A cancellation approved before a shipping label has been created will receive a full refund, including shipping charges paid.

Once a shipping label has been created, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded except as expressly provided in Section 10.

Shipping and Delivery

Peptopedia ships from Florida to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

We make reasonable efforts to ship orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed.

Peptopedia is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peptopedia is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after carrier acceptance, except as expressly provided in Section 10.

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered to the address provided at checkout but cannot be located, customers should first check mailrooms, mailboxes, neighbors, alternate entrances, and other possible delivery locations and allow up to 24 hours for a possible delayed carrier scan.

If the package remains missing, the customer should contact the carrier using the tracking number. Peptopedia will provide available shipment information reasonably necessary to assist with the carrier’s investigation.

Where carrier tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, Peptopedia considers the shipment delivered and its delivery obligation fulfilled.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Peptopedia is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Peptopedia does not provide separate shipment protection or shipping insurance.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemical products, all sales are final once a shipping label has been created.

Peptopedia does not accept routine returns or exchanges on shipped orders.

Once a research product leaves Peptopedia’s control, we cannot reliably verify its chain of custody, storage conditions, handling, or product integrity. Returned products therefore will not be restocked or resold to another customer.

Peptopedia may authorize a replacement, store credit, or refund in the following limited circumstances:

For damage claims, photographs are required before a replacement, credit, or refund can be approved.

Peptopedia may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate a claim.

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after the carrier’s recorded delivery time may not be honored.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on the customer’s financial institution. Original shipping charges are not refundable on approved claims, except where required by applicable law.

Experimental or research outcomes are not grounds for a refund. Research results depend on experimental design, handling, solvents, storage, equipment, and methodology that Peptopedia does not control or observe.

Nothing in this Section is intended to waive any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with an order, please contact Peptopedia at hello@peptopedia.us before contacting your payment provider.

We will review legitimate order concerns and work to resolve them promptly.

If a customer initiates a payment dispute without first allowing Peptopedia a reasonable opportunity to address an order issue, Peptopedia reserves the right to provide the payment processor with relevant order, payment, delivery, and communication records.

Peptopedia may cancel pending orders or restrict future purchases where permitted by law and the applicable payment-provider rules.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL PRODUCTS AND WEBSITE CONTENT PROVIDED BY PEPTOPEDIA ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. PEPTOPEDIA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Peptopedia warrants only that, at the time of shipment, products conform to the applicable product description and, where applicable, the Certificate of Analysis for the relevant batch.

This limited warranty does not extend to products that have been improperly stored, handled, altered, reconstituted, contaminated, or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

It does not cover experimental results or outcomes.

The chemical, physiological, and toxicological properties of research chemicals may not be fully investigated or determined. All products must be handled with appropriate caution during use, storage, and disposal.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PEPTOPEDIA LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR PURCHASE, HANDLING, STORAGE, TRANSPORT, DISPOSAL, OR USE OF PRODUCTS.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peptopedia’s total liability for claims arising from or related to these Terms or a product purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product or products giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Section limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Peptopedia LLC, its members, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and suppliers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from or related to:

1. Your violation of these Terms.
2. Your violation of applicable law or regulation.
3. Your unauthorized or prohibited use of a product.
4. Your handling, possession, storage, transportation, or disposal of a product.
5. Your use of products outside the research purposes expressly permitted by these Terms.
6. Claims by third parties arising from your acts or omissions involving products purchased from Peptopedia.

This obligation survives termination of these Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this website or any product purchased from Peptopedia for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

Prohibited uses include:

1. Human consumption or self-administration.
2. Administration to any person.
3. Veterinary or animal use.
4. Use as a food additive, drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic, or household chemical.
5. Resale, distribution, or transfer without prior written authorization from Peptopedia.
6. Any use that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.
7. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, or networks.
8. Using the website in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or interfere with another party’s use of it.

Right to Refuse or Limit Sales

Peptopedia reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel sales where we have reason to believe that:

• the purchaser does not meet the requirements of these Terms;
• a product may be misused;
• the order may violate applicable law;
• the transaction appears fraudulent or unauthorized; or
• the purchaser has previously violated these Terms.

Peptopedia may suspend or terminate accounts and refuse future service where permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is owned by or licensed to Peptopedia and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The listing of a product does not constitute a license to use that product in a manner that infringes any patent or other intellectual property right.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of products purchased from Peptopedia does not violate applicable intellectual property rights.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, or transmit website content without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services that Peptopedia does not own or control.

Peptopedia is not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, terms, practices, products, or services.

Your use of third-party websites is subject to the applicable third party’s terms and policies.

Privacy and Electronic Communications

Your use of this website and the personal information you provide are subject to Peptopedia’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using this website and placing orders, you consent to receive electronic communications relating to your transactions, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, customer-service communications, and updates to these Terms.

You agree that electronic communications satisfy legal requirements that communications be provided in writing, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to them, this website, or your purchase of products are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact Peptopedia at hello@peptopedia.us and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, the arbitration provisions below apply.

Mandatory Individual Arbitration

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Peptopedia agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to these Terms, this website, or your purchase of products, and that is not resolved informally, shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration rather than in a court of law.

Arbitration shall be administered by an arbitration provider agreed upon by the parties under that provider’s then-current rules or, if the parties cannot agree, by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration shall take place in Orange County, Florida, unless the parties agree otherwise or the applicable arbitration rules provide another procedure.

Jury Trial Waiver

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND PEPTOPEDIA EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY FOR DISPUTES SUBJECT TO THIS SECTION.

Class Action Waiver

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND PEPTOPEDIA AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY BE BROUGHT ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Small Claims

Nothing in this Section prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in small claims court when permitted by applicable law and the applicable court’s jurisdictional limits.

Costs and Fees

Each party is responsible for its own costs and attorney fees unless otherwise required by applicable law, an applicable arbitration rule, or an arbitrator’s decision.

Survival

This Section survives termination of these Terms.

Modifications to These Terms

Peptopedia may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this website.

The Last Updated date indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

Peptopedia may suspend or terminate access to the website or the ability to purchase products for violation of these Terms or where otherwise permitted by law.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, intellectual property provisions, and dispute-resolution provisions—will survive termination.

Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, where permitted by law. The remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Peptopedia regarding your use of the website and purchase of products, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
