Peptopedia LLC https://peptopedia.us Last Updated: August 22, 2026

Peptopedia (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and what choices you have, when you visit https://peptopedia.us or place an order with us. By using this website, you consent to the practices described here.

In this policy, “Peptopedia” refers to Peptopedia LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Peptopedia.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

We collect personal information you give us voluntarily when you:

  • Place an order or make a purchase
  • Create an account on the website
  • Subscribe to our newsletter or mailing list
  • Contact us by email, contact form, or an official social media message
  • Request a Certificate of Analysis
  • Enter a promotion or respond to a survey

That information may include your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, age confirmation, account login credentials, order history, and the contents of messages you send us.

Payment information

Card payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers on our systems. If you pay by Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or wire transfer for an order placed by email, that transaction is handled through the platform or financial institution you choose, under its own privacy policy, and we receive only the confirmation details needed to match the payment to your order.

Age and terms confirmation

When you place an order, we record your confirmation that you are 21 or older and that you are acquiring products solely for in-vitro laboratory research, along with the date and time of that confirmation and the version of the Terms of Service in effect. We keep this as part of the order record.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and date and time of visit, through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics.

How We Use Your Information

  • Order processing — to process, fulfill, and ship your order, and to send confirmations and shipping notifications
  • Account management — to create and maintain your account and authenticate you
  • Age and eligibility verification — to confirm the 21-year minimum and the research-use representations required by our Terms of Service
  • Customer support — to answer your questions and resolve issues with an order
  • Batch traceability — to connect your order to the lot you received, so we can provide the applicable Certificate of Analysis on request
  • Communication — to send transactional messages about your order and, if you have opted in, newsletters and promotional messages
  • Website improvement — to understand how the site is used and make it better
  • Fraud prevention — to detect and address fraud, chargeback abuse, and unauthorized transactions
  • Legal compliance — to meet tax, accounting, and other legal obligations

We do not use your information to make health inferences about you, and we do not build or share audiences based on the specific compounds you purchase.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used:

  • Essential cookies — required for the cart, checkout, account features, and remembering your age and terms confirmation
  • Analytics cookies — aggregate data about how visitors use the site, collected through Google Analytics
  • Functional cookies — remember preferences such as language

We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this website, and we do not use cookies to build advertising audiences.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will prevent parts of the site, including checkout, from working.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers — companies that help us run the website, host it, process payments, send email, and support customers. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
  • Payment processors — payment details go directly to the processor and are not stored on our systems.
  • Shipping carriers — we provide your name and shipping address to the carrier so your order can be delivered.
  • Legal requirements — we may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
  • Business transfer — if Peptopedia is merged, acquired, or sells assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not share your order contents with advertising platforms, data brokers, or list brokers.

Packaging and Delivery Privacy

Orders ship in plain, unlabeled packaging with no product or compound names visible on the outside, and the return address shows a business name only. Carriers handle the parcel under their own practices, and tracking information is visible to anyone holding the tracking number.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including TLS encryption for data transmitted between your browser and our website, payment processing through a PCI-compliant provider, and access to customer information limited to those who need it.

No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

  • Order records, including age and terms confirmations — retained a minimum of seven (7) years for tax, accounting, and legal compliance
  • Account information — retained while your account is active or as needed to provide services
  • Support records, including email and contact-form communications — retained for a reasonable period to resolve ongoing issues and to document how a claim was handled
  • Marketing preferences — retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent

Your Rights and Choices

You may:

  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes
  • Opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us
  • Adjust cookies through your browser settings

Email hello@peptopedia.us to make a request. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity, typically by confirming details of a recent order.

State Privacy Rights

California. If you are a California resident, you may request to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Contact hello@peptopedia.us.

Other states. Several other states have comparable privacy laws. Regardless of whether a particular law applies to a business of our size, we will honor access, correction, and deletion requests from any customer in the United States on the same terms.

Children’s Privacy

This website and its products are not intended for anyone under 21 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact hello@peptopedia.us immediately.

Third-Party Links and Platforms

The website may link to third-party sites, and we operate accounts on third-party platforms such as social media, community, and email marketing services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those parties, and information you provide directly to them — including a comment or a direct message on a social platform — is governed by their policies, not this one.

Where We Operate

Peptopedia operates in the United States and ships within the United States only. If you access this website from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to this Privacy Policy is subject to the dispute resolution and mandatory binding arbitration provisions of our Terms of Service, with arbitration in Orange County, Florida.
